About us 

Our very special and much loved huskies have joined our family from varying situations, many through rescue organisations or they have been privately re-homed with us. We are passionate about giving these dogs a forever home where they can do what they love, from running freely on large acreage to swimming, to foraging for the many fruits in our gardens, but what gets them really excited is putting on their harness and going running through our temperate forest trails. You can join us to go running with a team of  8 or more huskies on our guided sled dog tour ride though narrow winding forest trails or a more sedate run through the majestic grounds of the River's Edge Wilderness Camping Ground.

To us the most important aspect in what we do here at Sled Dog Adventures Tasmania is our dog’s happiness and their health and wellbeing. They are and will always be our number one priority.
